Lazuli Pamir Consulting Engineering Services Co. was established in 2019 and has quickly become a trusted name in the engineering and consulting sector in Afghanistan. Registered under Registration Number: 129131 in the Afghanistan Central Business Registry (ACBR), our company has grown into a comprehensive service provider, offering cutting-edge solutions across various sectors. We are proudly registered with UNGM (United Nations Global Marketplace), Quantum (UNDP’s Procurement Platform), and CMS (Asian Development Bank’s Consulting Management System).
Since our inception, we have successfully completed more than 50 projects, collaborating with a wide range of national and international organizations, including United Nations (UN), UNICEF, UNDP, UNOPS, USAID, Asian Development Bank (ADB), Mercy Corps, Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Norwegian Church Aid (NCA), International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), AECOM, DT-Global, DAI, ANSA, and others.
